Dougie & Jackie's Patio from railway sleepers
Hello there, Just wanted to say a big thank you. Your web site provided a lot of ideas & inspiration, keep it up! Just wanted to share with you what you inspired! With the help of many family members & mainly my Dad (Jim Alexander) we are able to create a lovely patio area. Here are some photos before, during & after, still a work in progress with the planting. Hope you can use them.

It sounds like this great transformation was achieved with the enthusiastic help of many family members, not to mention some in curious face masks! A lovely example of a patio framed with raised beds, retaining walls and steps made with new railway sleepers. Two beautiful dogs too!
