Immensley impressive. Not only the wonderful design but because of the arduous conditions in which the construction was undertaken by hand. No machinery for digging or carrying the railway sleepers & steel H beams into the garden was possible! Only outside the property for offloading the lorry. No wonder Kerr considered hiring a helicopter to drop in a digger! Unbelievable!
